TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing JKoolectibles!

  • We strive to always provide you with the products you want at the best, reasonable prices!

  • Please be 100% sure and decided before placing an order.

  • Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once the form has already been submitted. In the event that you wish to proceed with the cancellation, a ₱300 cancellation fee shall be applied.

  • ‼️Bogus buyers / Joy reservers are NOT allowed and will be posted‼️

  • Please be a responsible buyer and claim your orders upon delivery. Make sure that someone will claim your order for you if you are not around.

  • There will be late payment fee of ₱30 per week for every time you pay after the DOP stated.

  • Please be patient enough to wait for your orders as it will take roughly 4-6 weeks from KR to PH upon arrival at KR add and there might be some slight delays that can occur during the courier handling / shipping period.

PAYMENT:
Downpayment must be settled within 24-72 hours after order confirmation and submission of order form. If after 5 days and still no downpayment has been made, secured orders will automatically be cancelled.Payment method:

-Same Day Delivery (SDD) - applicable only for Iloilo City customersPrior to shipping out, a tracking number and a photo of your parcel will be provided and sent to the customer.
Note: Tracking of the parcel will be the customer's responsibility❗️We will best ensure that all your items will be packed safely and securely before shipping them out. In cases of damage, loss or theft incurred by the courier during the shipping process, we will not be held liable for these.UNBOXING

If the form is posted:

  1. Fill out the form.

  2. Kindly wait for email confirmation, this will usually be sent within the next 24-48 hours.

  3. After receiving the email confirmation, please take time to read everything.

  4. Reply proof of payment to the email confirmation with your invoice #

  5. Wait for payment confirmation. It takes 24 hours to 72 hours.

  6. After completing your payment, you’re all set! It’s now time to wait for your desired item. Please check the masterlist from time to time for updates.

If via MINE basis:

  1. Reply “mine” to the post.

  2. Wait for a confirmation via direct message then an order form will be sent.

  3. Fill out the form. You will only be given 24 hours to fill out the form or your reservation will be cancelled.

  4. Kindly wait for email confirmation, this will usually be sent within the next 24-48 hours.

  5. After receiving the email confirmation, please take time to read everything.

  • Payment terms can be seen in the post and in the email confirmation. Please read thoroughly.

  • Payment details can be seen in email confirmation.

  • Reply the proof of payment to the email confirmation thread with your invoice # only — This is for faster tracking & monitoring of your payments

  • In any case your item will arrive before the DOP, you can opt to pay until the DOP but we will only ship the item once it is FULLY PAID.

  • Courier shipping is every Tuesdays and Sundays only.

  • Shipping fee will be paid once your item arrives in our PH address

  • We will send an email if your items arrive in PH, the shipping process will only start when you confirm and pay the local shipping fee.

  • Prices listed here are estimated and may change higher or lower without prior notice.

  • Shop won't be held liable for any RTS items caused by courier or buyer, buyer needs to pay again for the shipping fee.

  • NO COP/COD SF, NO own booking on courier shipments.

  • Own booking is possible with SDD shipments (for Iloilo buyers)
